Due to the sensitive, sterile, and perishable nature of these materials, all sales are considered final once processed and shipped. This policy reflects standard industry practices and aligns with Florida commercial law principles, including product integrity and chain-of-custody requirements.

All products sold by Canlab International LLC are:

3. FDA DISCLAIMER & REGULATORY NOTICE

4. NO RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. Canlab International LLC does not accept returns once products have:
- Left our facility
- Been delivered
- Been exposed to uncontrolled environments
Due to the nature of peptide products, chain of custody cannot be verified after delivery, rendering any returned product unsuitable for redistribution.
5. CHAIN OF CUSTODY & PRODUCT INTEGRITY

Upon delivery, responsibility transfers fully to the customer.
6. ELIGIBLE EXCEPTIONS (LIMITED)

Verified Shipping Damage (Carrier Fault Only)
- Visible external damage
- Product compromised in transit
