1. Warranty Period:

Our peptides are covered by a 30 day period warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the quality and purity of our products.

2. Warranty Coverage:

During the warranty period, if you encounter any issues with the purity of the peptides, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support team.

Provide proof of purchase, including your order number and date.

Describe the issue you are experiencing.

3. Warranty Resolution:

Once we receive your warranty claim, we will review it to determine if it is covered by our warranty policy. If the issue is found to be within the scope of our warranty, we will take the following steps:

Replacement: We will replace the affected product with a new one.
Refund: If a replacement is not possible or satisfactory, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the affected product.

4. Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover the following:

Issues resulting from improper storage or handling of the peptides.
Peptides that have been used in violation of our instructions or for purposes not intended by the product description.
Any damage or issues caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Peptide Reconstitution – Research Use Only:

For research purposes only. Not for human or veterinary use.
The following information is provided solely to support proper handling of lyophilized peptide
reference materials.

General Handling Considerations

Perform all procedures using appropriate aseptic technique in a controlled environment.
Ensure all materials and equipment are sterile and suitable for research use.
Prior to use, allow lyophilized vials to reach room temperature to minimize condensation.

Reconstitution Procedure (General Guidance)

1. Preparation

- Clean vial stoppers and work surfaces with an appropriate disinfectant (e.g.,
  alcohol swab).
- Use sterile syringes and needles.

2. Diluent Selection

- Reconstitution is performed using Bacteriostatic Water as appropriate for the specific research application.

3. Addition of Diluent

- Slowly introduce the Bacteriostatic Water into the vial by directing the liquid toward the inner wall of the vial.
- Avoid direct impact of the liquid stream on the lyophilized material.

4. Dissolution

- Gently swirl or roll the vial until the material is fully dissolved.
- Do not shake or agitate vigorously.

5. Visual Inspection

- The reconstituted solution should appear clear and free of visible particulate
  matter.
- Solutions exhibiting turbidity or particulate matter should not be used for research
  purposes.

Storage

Reconstituted materials are typically stored refrigerated at 2–8°C, unless otherwise
specified.
Protect from light and avoid repeated temperature fluctuations.
Stability following reconstitution may vary depending on the compound and research
conditions.
