Canlab International offers optional shipping protection through Route for eligible orders. Route Shipping Protection is selected by default at checkout, and the applicable charge is displayed as part of the order total. Customers who do not wish to purchase shipping protection may deselect or remove the option prior to completing their order.
Route Shipping Protection provides coverage for eligible orders that are lost or damaged in transit or stolen following delivery, subject to Route’s applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and coverage requirements.
Customers who purchase Route Shipping Protection and experience an eligible shipping issue may submit a claim directly through Route’s claims process. Depending on the circumstances and eligibility of the claim, Route may provide a refund or replacement.
Route Shipping Protection is provided and administered by Route and its applicable insurance partners and is separate from Canlab International’s standard shipping, refund, and replacement policies. Canlab International does not determine the eligibility, approval, denial, or resolution of claims submitted under Route Shipping Protection.
Route App, Inc. is identified as the named insured under the applicable shipping insurance policy. Route Insurance Solutions (“RIS”), Route’s licensed producer entity, procures the policy from SEG Insurance Ltd. Route, through RIS, may receive compensation for its services.
By completing an order with Route Shipping Protection included, the customer acknowledges the inclusion of Shipping Protection and the associated charge displayed at checkout. All coverage and claims are subject to Route’s applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and insurance policy.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to customers that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
