Canlab International Membership Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Canlab International VIP Annual Membership Program (“Membership”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Membership Fees

• Annual Payment: The membership fee is payable once per year on the anniversary date of your enrollment.
• Non-Refundable: All membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Renewal: Membership will automatically renew annually unless canceled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

3. Product Discounts

• Discretionary Discounts: All product discounts are offered at the sole discretion of Canlab International and may be adjusted, modified, or discontinued from month to month without prior notice.
• Exclusions: Certain products or services may be excluded from discounts. Canlab International reserves the right to exclude items at its discretion.

4. Membership Conduct and Restrictions

• Non-Transferable Membership: Membership details, including login credentials and discount codes, are personal and non-transferable. Sharing membership information with non-members is strictly prohibited.
• Right to Terminate:Canlab International reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, revoke, or terminate VIP Membership at any time.
  VIP Membership is a discretionary benefit offered by the company and may be withdrawn if, in our judgment, an account’s activity is inconsistent with the intended use of the program, violates our Terms and Conditions, or presents financial, operational, security, or compliance risk.
  Upon suspension or revocation, all VIP benefits, pricing privileges, and program access will immediately terminate.VIP Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated, including in cases where membership privileges are revoked.
  Canlab International retains full and final discretion in the administration of the VIP program and the interpretation of these provisions.

  Reasons include:

  • Fraudulent or Suspicious Payment Activity
    •⁠ ⁠Use of stolen credit cards
    •⁠ ⁠Chargebacks or payment disputes
    •⁠ ⁠Multiple failed payment attempts linked to fraud monitoring systems
  • ⁠Excessive Chargebacks or Refund Abuse
    •⁠ ⁠Repeated refund requests inconsistent with normal purchasing behavior
    •⁠ ⁠Patterns suggesting “refund fraud” or product retention after refund
  • Violation of Terms of Service
    •⁠ ⁠Breach of website terms, membership terms, or purchasing policies
    •⁠ ⁠Misrepresentation of identity or eligibility requirements (e.g., age restrictions)
  • ⁠Regulatory or Compliance Concerns
    •⁠ ⁠Activity that could expose the company to FDA, Health Canada, or customs scrutiny
    •⁠ ⁠Requests for documentation or usage claims that conflict with compliance policies
  • Harassment or Abusive Conduct
    •⁠ ⁠Threatening, abusive, or harassing communication toward staff
    •⁠ ⁠Attempts to coerce refunds, free products, or policy exceptions
  • ⁠Operational Risk or Security Concerns
    •⁠ ⁠Account activity that triggers security systems (VPN abuse, location mismatches, etc.)
  • Policy Circumvention
    •⁠ ⁠Attempting to bypass shipping restrictions, or regional compliance rules.
  • Unauthorized Sharing: Sharing membership details with non-members.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• Data Usage: By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Communication: Canlab International may send you communications related to your membership. You may opt-out of non-essential communications at any time.

6. Modification of Terms

• Changes to Terms: Canlab International reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
• Notification: Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website.

7. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties: Canlab International provides the membership program “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Maximum Liability: In no event shall Canlab International’s liability exceed the amount paid by the member for the current membership term.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
