Returns, Refunds, and Refused Delivery Policy

By placing an order with Canlab International LLC (“Canlab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this policy. This policy forms part of our binding Terms and Conditions and is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted under applicable United States law.


1. Nature of Products & Final Sale Policy

All products sold by Canlab International LLC are designated Research Use Only (RUO) and are not intended for human or veterinary use.

Due to the specialized, sensitive, and controlled nature of RUO products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except as expressly provided in this policy.

Canlab does not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.


2. Limited Return Eligibility (By Exception Only)

A return may be considered solely at Canlab’s discretion and only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The product has not been removed from controlled storage

  • The return request is submitted within two (2) calendar days of confirmed delivery

  • Prior written authorization (Return Authorization / RMA) is obtained from Canlab before any return shipment

Any product that has been opened, used, altered, improperly stored, or tampered with is strictly ineligible for return.


3. Restocking Fees & Associated Costs

If a return is approved:

  • restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the purchase price will apply

  • Original shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • Products must be shipped using a trackable and insured carrier

Failure to comply with return instructions will result in refusal of the return without refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned without prior written authorization

  • Products with compromised, damaged, altered, or missing packaging

  • Products returned outside the permitted return window

  • Products exposed to improper storage conditions


5. Errors, Missing Items, or Damaged Shipments

In the event that an order is received with:

  • Incorrect items

  • Missing items

  • Shipping damage attributable to Canlab or the carrier

You must notify Canlab within two (2) calendar days of delivery.

Canlab may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected item(s), or

  • Issue a refund for the affected item(s)

No restocking fee will apply to verified fulfillment or shipping errors.


6. Refused Deliveries & Failed Delivery Attempts

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refusedrejectedreturned to sender, or deemed undeliverable due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Refusal at delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failure to accept delivery

  • Failure to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees (if applicable)

The following terms apply:

  • The order will be considered fulfilled

  • No refund will be issued for the product(s)

  • Original shipping and handling charges remain non-refundable

  • Any return shipping, handling, or disposal costs incurred will be deducted from any discretionary refund, if applicable

Canlab is under no obligation to reship refused or undeliverable orders.


7. Refund Request Procedure

If you believe your situation qualifies under this policy, you must:

  1. Contact Canlab Customer Support in writing

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number and order date)

  3. Provide a clear description of the issue

  4. Include photographic evidence if damage is claimed

Failure to provide complete information may result in denial of the request.


8. Refund Review & Processing

All refund or replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approval or denial is at Canlab’s sole discretion

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within two (2) business days of approval

  • Processing time by financial institutions may vary


9. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
If the original method is unavailable, Canlab may determine an alternative method at its discretion.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Canlab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product

  • Customer assumes all responsibility for lawful handling and use of RUO products


11. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Canlab International LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


12. Acceptance of Policy

By completing a purchase with Canlab International LLC, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this Returns, Refunds, and Refused Delivery Policy in its entirety.
