Due to the nature of research-use-only (RUO) products, all sales are final except as expressly stated below.
Returns may be approved only if:
The product is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
The return request is submitted within 2 days of delivery
Prior written authorization is obtained from CanLab
Any product that has been opened, used, altered, or removed from controlled storage is not eligible for return.
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

CanLab will replace or refund products that are shipped in error. No restocking fee applies in these cases.
