3. Warranty Resolution:

General Handling Considerations

Reconstitution Procedure (General Guidance)

1. Preparation

• • Clean vial stoppers and work surfaces with an appropriate disinfectant (e.g.,
    alcohol swab).
  • Use sterile syringes and needles.

2. Diluent Selection

• • Reconstitution is performed using Bacteriostatic Water as appropriate for the specific research application.

3. Addition of Diluent

• • Slowly introduce the Bacteriostatic Water into the vial by directing the liquid toward the inner wall of the vial.
  • Avoid direct impact of the liquid stream on the lyophilized material.

4. Dissolution

• • Gently swirl or roll the vial until the material is fully dissolved.
  • Do not shake or agitate vigorously.

5. Visual Inspection

• • The reconstituted solution should appear clear and free of visible particulate
    matter.
  • Solutions exhibiting turbidity or particulate matter should not be used for research
    purposes.

Storage

• Reconstituted materials are typically stored refrigerated at 2–8°C, unless otherwise
  specified.
• Protect from light and avoid repeated temperature fluctuations.
• Stability following reconstitution may vary depending on the compound and research
  conditions.
