Refusal Of Service

Canlab International reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who:

Inquires about or suggests the inappropriate use of research products.
Attempts to misuse or misrepresent the intended purpose of these materials.
Violates any part of this Zero Tolerance Policy.

Violations may result in permanent termination of future transactions with Canlab International.

Regulatory Compliance

The research chemicals sold by Canlab International do not qualify as drugs, medications, or pharmaceutical products under United States law.
Canlab International is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Canlab International is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
