Section 1. Review Before Ordering

1.1 Review the product name, stated strength, quantity, shipping address and order total before completing checkout. Return eligibility may be limited after an order enters processing, ships or is delivered.

Section 2. Order Changes and Cancellations

2.1 All sales are final. Canlab International LLC does not accept returns once products have:

  • Left our facility
  • Been delivered
  • Been exposed to uncontrolled environments

Due to the nature of peptide products, chain of custody cannot be verified after delivery, rendering any returned product unsuitable for redistribution.

2.2 Contact Account Support immediately to request an order change or cancellation. Canlab cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after an order enters processing or fulfillment.

Section 3. Damaged Shipments

3.1 If an order arrives with visible shipping damage, preserve the product, label, packaging and all shipping materials. Submit an Account Support request within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number, a description and clear photographs.

3.2 Canlab will review the submitted information and may request additional documentation. Submission of a request does not guarantee a particular resolution.

Section 4. Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

4.1 If an order is missing an item or contains a product different from the confirmed order, contact Account Support within 48 hours. Keep all items, labels and packaging available while the issue is reviewed.

Section 5. Package protection

Canlab International offers optional shipping protection through Route for eligible orders. Route Shipping Protection is selected by default at checkout, and the applicable charge is displayed as part of the order total. Customers who do not wish to purchase shipping protection may deselect or remove the option prior to completing their order.

Route Shipping Protection provides coverage for eligible orders that are lost or damaged in transit or stolen following delivery, subject to Route’s applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and coverage requirements.

Customers who purchase Route Shipping Protection and experience an eligible shipping issue may submit a claim directly through Route’s claims process. Depending on the circumstances and eligibility of the claim, Route may provide a refund or replacement.

Route Shipping Protection is provided and administered by Route and its applicable insurance partners and is separate from Canlab International’s standard shipping, refund, and replacement policies. Canlab International does not determine the eligibility, approval, denial, or resolution of claims submitted under Route Shipping Protection.

Route App, Inc. is identified as the named insured under the applicable shipping insurance policy. Route Insurance Solutions (“RIS”), Route’s licensed producer entity, procures the policy from SEG Insurance Ltd. Route, through RIS, may receive compensation for its services.

By completing an order with Route Shipping Protection included, the customer acknowledges the inclusion of Shipping Protection and the associated charge displayed at checkout. All coverage and claims are subject to Route’s applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and insurance policy.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to customers that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Section 6. Package Marked Delivered But Not Located

If package protection was selected, refer to section 6 “Package protection”.

If not:

6.1 Check the delivery area, building desk, parcel locker and household or workplace recipients, then contact the carrier and Canlab Account Support with the order and tracking details.

6.2 A carrier claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

Section 7. Undeliverable, Refused or Returned Packages

7.1 If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned because of an inaccurate or incomplete address, or otherwise undeliverable, Canlab will review the order after the shipment is returned, fees may apply.

Section 8. Return Authorization and Condition

8.1 If a return is approved, Canlab will provide return instructions and any required authorization. The product must be returned in the approved condition and through the approved method.

8.2 Return shipping responsibility: customer’s responsibility.

8.3 Unauthorized, opened, altered, used, missing-label or otherwise ineligible products will be refused to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 9. Refunds and Credits

9.1 When a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original method, unless prior agreement was concluded. Canlab’s internal processing window is 7 to 10 days with every effort made to complete processing within 48 hours. A financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

Section 10. Promotions and Research Stack Savings

10.1 If an approved return changes the total vial quantity that qualified a standard-buyer order for Research Stack savings, any refund may be recalculated using the discount tier applicable to the retained eligible vials.

10.2 Approved wholesale pricing and standard-buyer Research Stack savings do not combine.

Section 11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

11.1 Contact Account Support first so Canlab can review an order issue and any available resolution.

Section 12. How to Request Review

12.1 Submit an Account Support request using the email associated with the order. Include the order number, the issue category, a concise description and photographs when relevant. Do not send medical information or payment-card details.
