Section 1. Acceptance of these Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and CANLAB INTERNATIONAL LLC (“Canlab,” “we,” “us” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the Canlab website, account features, content and purchasing services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Services, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the private storefront, create an account or place an order.

Section 2. Eligibility and Authority

2.1 You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2.2 Access, ordering eligibility and product availability may vary by product, account type and destination. Canlab may request information reasonably necessary to verify account or order eligibility.

Section 3. No Claims or Intended Use

3.1 CANLAB INTERNATIONAL LLC makes no claims whatsoever about the products offered. We do not state or imply any particular intended use, purpose, benefit, or outcome for any product.

3.2 We encourage all customers to conduct their own independent research and to consult with their own qualified healthcare provider or physician regarding any questions or decisions related to the products.

3.3 CANLAB INTERNATIONAL LLC does not provide medical claims, medical advice, dosing information, administration instructions, treatment protocols, or any guidance for personal use.

3.4 By purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this information and accept responsibility for determining the suitability of the product for your own purposes in accordance with applicable laws and requirements.

Section 4. Accounts and Private Access

4.1 You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and all activity conducted through your account. Notify Canlab promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

4.2 You may not share access credentials, impersonate another person or organization, create an account using false information, or attempt to view pricing or account information not authorized for your account.

4.3 Canlab may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, enforce these Terms, address suspected misuse or comply with applicable obligations.

Section 5. Account Types and Wholesale Status

5.1 Canlab maintains different buyer experiences within the same storefront. Standard buyers receive the standard catalog and pricing experience. VIP members receive additional benefits as well as access to exclusive discounts and products. Eligible organizations may apply for wholesale access. Wholesale application states may include pending, approved, rejected or suspended.

5.2 Only an approved wholesale account receives the wholesale pricing authorized for that account. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Pending, rejected or suspended applicants are treated as standard buyers unless Canlab states otherwise.

5.3 Wholesale pricing and account information are confidential to the authorized account and may not be accessed, shared or used by an unauthorized person.

Section 6. Product Information

6.1 Canlab works to present product names, stated strengths, formats, availability, pricing and available documentation clearly. Product information may be updated, corrected or removed. Images are presented for identification and illustration; packaging or presentation may vary where the underlying listing remains accurately identified.

6.2 You are responsible for reviewing the product page, label, available documentation and order details before completing a purchase. Website content is not medical advice and must not be used as a substitute for independent professional or research judgment.

Section 7. Pricing, Research Stack Savings and Promotions

7.1 Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable pricing, discounts, shipping charges, taxes and fees are shown during the ordering process. Canlab may correct pricing or listing errors before fulfillment and may cancel and refund an affected order when necessary

7.2 All pricing, discount eligibility and order totals are validated by Canlab systems at cart, checkout and order creation. A browser display, cached page or attempted client-side modification does not create a right to an unauthorized price or discount.

Section 8. Orders and Payment

8.1 An order is an order to purchase. Canlab may accept, reject, limit or cancel an order for reasons including availability, account eligibility, suspected error, payment authorization, suspected fraud, destination restrictions or inconsistency with these Terms.

8.2 You authorize Canlab and its payment service providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total shown at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees and accurate billing information.

8.3 Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

Section 9. Shipping, Delivery and Risk of Loss

9.1 Shipping availability, charges and estimated timing are provided during checkout or order communications where applicable. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

9.2 You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and monitoring tracking information. Requests to change or cancel an order cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment begins.

9.3 Shipping, delivery, loss and damage matters are further governed by the Canlab Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Section 10. Returns, Refunds and Order Issues

10.1 Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations and resolutions for damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders are governed by the Canlab Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

10.2 Preserve the product, packaging and shipping materials and contact Account Support promptly when an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect.

Section 11. Acceptable Use

11.1 You may not misuse the Services; interfere with security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or extract protected account, pricing or customer data; introduce malicious code; circumvent access controls; use automated systems in a manner that burdens the Services; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use the Services for unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent activity.

11.2 You may not use Canlab content or branding to misrepresent product status, intended use, affiliation, authorization or endorsement.

Section 12. Intellectual Property

12.1 The Services and their content-including the Canlab name, logo, design, text, graphics, product presentation and software-are owned by or licensed to Canlab and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Canlab grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

12.2 No license to Canlab trademarks, branding or proprietary content is granted except as expressly authorized in writing.

Section 13. Third-Party Services and Links

13.1 The Services may rely on or link to third-party providers for functions such as payment, hosting, analytics, communication or delivery. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Canlab is not responsible for third-party content or services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

Section 14. Disclaimers

14.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. Canlab DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT ARE NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14.2 Canlab DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT ALL CONTENT WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT AT ALL TIMES.

14.3 Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Canlab AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.

Section 16. Indemnification

16.1 To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Canlab and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, violation of law or infringement of another person’s rights.

Section 17. Suspension and Termination

17.1 Canlab may suspend or terminate account access, cancel an order or restrict use of the Services when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to suspected fraud or misuse, or comply with applicable obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Section 18. Governing Law and Disputes

18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

Section 19. Changes to these Terms

19.1 Canlab may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date. When required, Canlab will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Section 20. General Terms

20.1 If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Canlab’s written consent. Canlab may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law.

Section 21. Contact

21.1 Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Canlab Contact page.
