Description
BPC-157 and TB-4 (Thymosin Beta-4 also known as TB500) are peptides frequently examined for their potential roles in enhancing tissue repair and recovery. Although they work through different biological pathways, their effects may complement one another. BPC-157, a stable gastric pentadecapeptide originating from a protective protein in the stomach lining, has demonstrated in preclinical research an ability to support the healing of muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It appears to do so by encouraging angiogenesis—new blood vessel growth—and by influencing the regulation of various growth factors. TB-500, a peptide derived from the naturally occurring Thymosin Beta-4 protein, similarly contributes to tissue regeneration by facilitating cell movement, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall repair processes.
